Booking

We recommend that you book as early as possible. This will mean that you will have the best chance of beating any price increases, which may occur at any time during the year, especially prior to each holiday season. Our last minute booking deadlines may vary depending on the destination and time of the year. In some cases, late bookings after this deadline can sometimes be arranged but no guarantee can be made.
On the first step of the booking process you need to select the departure place and the destination. On the next step in the booking process you will be able to specify the full address.
In rare instances, it is possible that your email server or software may mistake our emails for spam, please check SPAM folder. If you have not received your confirmation or booking voucher, please get in touch with Customer Service via Live Chat and a Customer Service Agent will be available to help you out 24/7, 365 days a year.

Payment/Cost

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. Once you've made your online payment we'll send your booking voucher by email and you're ready to go!
Yes we can provide you with an invoice if required. In order to request an invoice, after making your booking please send an email with all your details. The Accounts Department will prepare it and send it to you by email.
If you choose to Pay only a Deposit, the remainder will be paid directly to the driver or to the guide. The details will be clarified with the email confirmation.
The prices quoted are per vehicle, not per person.
All our pages that require you to enter personal information are secured using 256 bit SSL encryption. Payments are processed by Stripe, new standard in online payments.
No. There is no additional charge for paying by debit/credit card or Paypal.

About our service

Our regular service is based in Rome city, Fiumicino airport, Ciampino airport and Civitavecchia Port. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need a quote for a service or a place that is not listed on our booking form.
The type of car depends on the number of passengers and baggage space required. It will be either a saloon car (up to 3 passengers), estate car (up to 4 passengers with additional luggage space) or an MPV (5-8 passengers). The majority of the fleet are Mercedes Benz cars. All cars are less than 4 years old and cleaned daily.
In order to make any cancellations, you must contact us via email and make a request. The refund of the cost will be made in the following manner: a) up to 72 before: The user has the right to a refund of the cost up to 100% of the amount paid. b) up to 48 hours before: The user has the right to a refund of the cost up to 50% of the total amount paid. c) 24 hours before: The user will not be entitles to any refund.
We offer door-to-door services, therefore you will be picked up and dropped off at the address that you specify on the booking. Should the address not be reachable (like a pedestrian area) the drop off and pickup point will be at the nearest point available. In the case that your drop off or pickup point is a port, you will be dropped off or picked up at either the disembarking point, the cruise terminal. All our vehicles and driver are authorized to drive below the ship.
Your flight will be monitored for delays and your reservation will be updated to the new flight time (subject to availability).
Yes. All our vehicles are non smoking and fully air conditioned.
Tips are at the discretion of the passenger and according to the service you have received.
All our private transfers are exclusive so the vehicle will be reserved only for your group.
The driver will wait for you in the port just below your ship holding a paper with the passenger’s name on it. All our drivers and vehicles had permits to enter everywhere the port area.
Drivers wait in the arrivals hall with a board with the passenger’s name on it. In some airports there are specific meeting points. Should that be the case, it will be specified in your booking voucher.
If you have any trouble locating your driver on arrival then please call our customer service numbers displayed at the bottom of your booking voucher. For transfers to the airport, if you have not located your driver within 5 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, please call us immediately for assistance.
